September 14th was my 31st birthday, and Chippers 8th birthday. What better way to celebrate than hiking to the highest peak in Arizona. This has been on my bucket list, for Chipper, for years – but the weather has never been on our side. The trail is just under 10 miles, with 2,500 ft in elevation gain.
